Houses, done the same way

Repairs, replacements and duct work for homes in Yakima, West Valley, Selah and Naches.

Repairs

The same instruments, in a smaller building

A house is a simpler system than a commercial building, not a less important one. Temperatures, pressures, airflow and the electrical side get measured before anything is quoted, and the fault is explained rather than announced.

Most calls come down to a short list: capacitors, contactors, a blocked condensate line, a low charge, an ignition component or a blower that is no longer moving what it should.

What we do before quoting

  • Work the loadFrom the house — area, insulation, glass and orientation — rather than the label on the old unit.
  • Measure the ductsStatic pressure and airflow. It often decides what equipment can sensibly go in.
  • Compare honestlyGas, electric and heat pump, with what each means for your bills and your winter.
  • State the exclusionsElectrical work, permits, drywall and anything found once panels come off.

Four things that genuinely help

Change the filter on an interval your own house sets rather than the box. Keep two feet clear around the outdoor unit and rinse the coil gently once a year with the power off. Watch the condensate drain through the summer. And tell us what changed — a noise, a longer run time, a breaker that tripped once.

None of that is a sales pitch. It is the list that keeps our phone quiet in July, which is the point.
